Who has a better blog ranking service than Technorati?

Despite my Twitter debacles yesterday, I'm pushing forward and pulling
back on my bootstraps. I don't want to be the half retarded guy on the
net, but everyone makes mistakes. Thanks to both Justin and Tommy for
pointing both issues out to me! Luckily both were easily fixed and didn't
cause to much disturbance I think to make to much of a fuss. I think
I'll refrain from throwing "temper tantrums" I guess is the best way to
put it. I'll go for a slightly different approach this time. Because
this is more of a question for anyone reading this.
Does anybody utilize Technorati? Because I think it's whacked. I understand the general ideas behind it's Authority and Rank, but their numbers seem like they are randomly generated. Below I have an example of what I mean.
Both were taken this morning. Notice that there are 3
different "blog reactions" numbers 38, 22, 65. Seems more like the
start of the Lost numbers than actual numbers. I'm inclined to go with
the lower number because I can't verify the 38 because the number
changes upon refresh. Does anyone else experience this minute to
minute difference in Technorati? This causes a 100,000 rank shift
between the two. I find it frustrating as a new blog owner in trying
to understand my blogs analytics. I'm sure there will be a point that
I don't look anymore, but it's a little baby right now and I'm trying
to give it some nourishment.
Anyone else experiencing these issues? Anyone utilize a better tool or gauge, which shows ranking in comparison to other blogs? Feel free to contact me through the comments, twitter, or email. All info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
