Twitter Down? Did you get the Bird Flu?

Any idea what is going on with Twitter Today, it keeps dying.

It says, New Features, what could they be?

Update1: Currently seems stable, but hear reports about missing messages. Was it a bug fix?

Update2: Still Getting Update Messages on Random Pages. Bizzare Behavior, Digging Post to see if others are getting the same issues.

Update3: Random Peoples Avatars, Not showing up 100% of Time
